Greg is experienced in facilitating adventure therapy through a trauma-informed lens, which incorporates elements of challenge, freedom, and enjoyment as integral parts of growth and learning. Greg has worked mainly with youth but enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan. Greg completed a master’s degree in counseling after a twenty-year engineering career, motivated by his personal experiences with grief and loss and his life of sobriety. Greg spends his free time hiking, backpacking, and enjoying anything outdoors. Greg’s work with clients has utilized outdoor skills, archery, woodworking and ceramics projects, sports, board games, juggling, and other experiential activities through which clients work toward their therapeutic goals.
