Ashley’s passion for mentoring is rooted in her belief that every person has inherent strengths and gifts to share. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and creating a safe space for others to feel seen, heard, and supported. Ashley partners with clients to identify goals, build confidence, and access the resources they need to thrive while understanding the need for balance in one’s life. She’s a patient, empathetic listener who works alongside her clients in both home and community settings, always with the goal of empowering self-advocacy and long-term success. Before working at Trailhead, Ashley worked in human rights and refugee resettlement where she honed her skills as a trauma-informed client advocate and cross-cultural communicator. Ashley is passionate about any outdoor project, gardening, cooking, music, and caring for animals.
