Braeden Kempf, OTR/L

Braeden is a licensed Occupational Therapist who works primarily with youth and young adults experiencing mental health challenges that impact their daily functioning. She specializes in supporting the development of routines and habits for increased emotional regulation. Areas of focus include sleep, self-care, personal hygiene, and exploration of leisure activities that bring a sense of purpose and enjoyment. Braeden is trained in mindfulness, DBT skills training, motivational interviewing, CBT, trauma-informed care, and The Zones of Regulation. Outside of work, Braeden enjoys being a mom to 4 kids and 1 dog.
