Nathan Jensen, APSW

I am dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges and supporting their journey toward healing and growth. My therapeutic approach combines Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed CBT, grounded in empathy, authentic connection, collaborative goal-setting, and practical strategies for change.

I specialize in working with youth and adults impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. To foster resilience and self-discovery, I often integrate Adventure Therapy, using experiential learning and activities outdoors as powerful tools for growth. My favorite activities include paddling, hiking, outdoor play in every season, sports, and caring for animals. These activities inspire my practice and reinforce the healing power of physical activity and connection to nature. My goal is to create a safe, empowering environment where clients can share their stories, uncover strengths, clarify goals, strengthen relationships, and build lasting resilience.
