Jessie utilizes a trauma-informed and person-centered approach to support clients in connecting to themselves and working toward greater self-empowerment.  Her calm presence and active listening cultivate an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and safe to be themselves.  She incorporates nature-based and artistic interventions to help clients build emotional regulation skills and learn new coping mechanisms.  Jessie is earning her master’s degree in counseling with an interest in attachment theory and inner parts work.  Jessie brings care and intention into her work and values authenticity, creative expression and compassion.  In her free time she likes to grow flowers and vegetables and write music.
