Carrie is a licensed professional mental health counselor specializing in complex
trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and problematic sexual behaviors.
She has clinical expertise in assessment and diagnosis, EMDR, DBT, CBT,
Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, and in group and individual therapy.
She has an extensive background working with adolescents and adults in both
forensic and community settings. She is committed to providing evidence-based,
compassionate care to individuals navigating psychiatric recovery. Carrie is
passionate about fostering resilience, processing deep-seated trauma, and
supporting sustainable community-based rehabilitation. Carrie believes that a
strong, authentic therapeutic relationship is the foundation of true healing. Her
