Catherine Lewis, OTR/L

[She/Her]

Rooted in occupational therapy framework, sessions with Catherine are often centered around “doing”: Catherine assists clients to engage in activities that are important to them, allowing opportunities for curiosity, self-discovery, self-efficacy, and use of skills in the moment. Catherine strives to meet clients where they are, empower each client with education and skills, recognize individuals’ strengths and progress, and help clients connect with their deeper selves. She enjoys working with individuals experiencing chronic pain and/or sleep disturbances; addressing goals related to executive functioning/cognitive skills, emotional regulation, social skills, sensory needs, and interoception; and incorporating holistic aspects of wellness into mental health treatment. Sessions are client-driven and often incorporate nature, movement, art, and mindfulness. Catherine has additional training in yoga and biofeedback.
