Jade has a simple approach to working with individuals: she believes you’re the expert of your own life. Using this client-centered approach, Jade provides non-judgmental support and helps you figure out what works for you. Whether it’s finding new coping skills to handle tough situations or uncovering what makes life meaningful, she’ll work side-by-side with you to build something that feels right. She often uses tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Person Centered approaches to manage life’s challenges. Jade is a Certified Grief Support Specialist, and uses this modality with folks who are experiencing bereavement or other, more ambiguous losses. She is also trained in Sex Therapy, which encompasses working with individuals, couples or families experiencing sexual concerns, improving sexual health and relationships. Jade enjoys working with all ages groups and many populations, particularly those who are on the Autism spectrum, high-risk youth, co-occurring disorders, personality disorders and people who have been previously incarcerated. In her free time, Jade enjoys exploring new parks, creating art, reading, cooking, going to Rodeos and planning her next trip to the beach.
