Megan has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field assisting her patients/clients in both the clinical and educational settings. She has worked with youth and adults in individual and group settings who struggle with various mental health challenges; anxiety, medical trauma/chronic illness, body image concerns and life transitions. Megan’s approach with her clients is rooted in evidence based research, trauma informed care and is person-centered. Through a collaborative process her clients will explore their current strengths, struggles, develop goals and healthy coping strategies, and cultivate self-compassion in order to cultivate growth and healing. Megan is inspired by the healing power of nature and specializes in applying eco therapy techniques to address clients mental health and wellbeing. Megan is committed to affirming the experiences of all individuals within the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
