Paulie has a calming and genuine approach to collaborating with people of all ages and types of abilities. He has a grounding and trusting presence that fosters learning and development. With over twenty-five years of experience in community-based mentoring and training, Paulie has supported high-risk youth, individuals with autism spectrum disorder, as well as people with mental or behavioral challenges, and developmental disabilities. He uses a strength-based approach and forms genuine relationships to create a safe space for individual growth. Paulie shares his deep passion for music, yoga, mindfulness, and art while seamlessly incorporating breathing techniques and creativity into his sessions to promote regulation and self-awareness. He also enjoys nature, hiking, biking, and anything outdoors. Through these activities and the personal interests of the clients, Paulie develops social, communication, coping, and self-regulation skills in a fun and meaningful way. Beyond mentoring, Paulie enjoys time with his kids, his cat Marble, teaching yoga, and offering musical meditation events for his community.
